Our Story
Green Line Talent Group was founded on a simple belief: every organization has a Green Line — the connection between its strategy and its people.
When that line is strong, organizations thrive. When it’s not, even the best plans fall short.
After decades leading recruitment and talent operations across education, technology, and social impact sectors, we saw how often organizations needed more than a process — they needed a partner who could listen, adapt, and design alongside them.
We’ve been on both sides of the table. We know what it feels like to hire, and what’s at stake when you get it wrong. That perspective shapes how we work, how we partner, and how deeply we commit to every search.
Green Line Talent Group is proud to be a WOMAN AND BIPOC OWNED COMPANY
committed to equity across all facets of our practice.
