The CHALLENGE
Orijin faced a common challenge for growth-stage technology companies: hiring multiple roles across functions while ensuring a strong onboarding experience for every new employee.:
Speed mattered: The company needed to fill key roles across sales, product, engineering, marketing, G&A, and operations to support rapid growth and expanding partnerships.
Internal capacity was limited: Senior leaders and managers were responsible for both building their teams and continuing to execute on ambitious product and partnership goals.
Consistency across hiring and onboarding was needed: As hiring accelerated, Orijin wanted a consistent, high-quality hiring process and a structured onboarding experience to help new hires ramp quickly and integrate into the team.

Rather than relying solely on inbound applicants, we developed targeted candidate lists and conducted proactive outreach to identify candidates with the right blend of experience, cultural alignment, and growth-stage mindset.

We worked closely with hiring managers to structure interview processes, build interview kits, and manage candidate communication and scheduling. This created a consistent candidate experience while reducing operational burden on internal teams.
Structured Onboarding Support
Our partnership extended beyond hiring. For each new hire, we supported the creation of onboarding plans and provided guidance to hiring managers on how to structure the first weeks of a new employee’s experience. This included onboarding checklists, onboarding deck guidance, and regular preparation sessions with managers to ensure new hires began their roles with clear priorities and support.
