Our Mission

Green Line Talent Group was born of a desire to help organizations unlock their full people potential. Too often, talent strategy starts and ends with virtual happy hour or free snacks in the break room. Perks are great, but not why employees join or stay. At Green Line Talent Group, we go deeper.

How We Work

We partner with organizations that are serious about hiring, developing and retaining top talent. We build capacity for small and midsize businesses with no dedicated talent acquisition or talent development team so they can go farther, faster. We solve at both the technical and relational level to drive change long after our contract ends.  ​

Nibette Aning
Partner

The first in her family to graduate from college, Nibette has worn many hats in her career. Some of her professional accomplishments include: teaching kindergartners to read, founding a college success program, leading recruitment operations for a network of 41 schools and coaching a team of recruiters at a global tech company. Her superpowers are curiosity, authenticity and data-driven decision making. Nibette is a wife and mom to two humans and one rescue pup. She loves to eat well, feed others and spend time outside. ​

Kristen Nielsen
Partner

Kristen is also a proud first generation college graduate. She began her career as an early childhood educator and teacher coach and believes that most everything you need to know, you learned in Kindergarten. For the last decade Kristen has been scaling highly effective Talent Acquisition teams in the education and tech sectors, specializing in change management.  Outside of work she is a proud wife and mom of two. She enjoys beach days, cheese, and planning detailed vacations that may or may not ever happen.​
